The Following are Steps I Take to help you Sell a Home:

Set an Appointment- Meeting with you and anyone else who will be making the decisions to sell your home is an important first step.  Every seller comes with a different list of needs so in this initial meeting I will be able to understand what you are looking for not only in a home selling plan but also what you are looking for in a Realtor.  At this meeting we will discuss your home selling goals, timelines, and other specifics.

Marketing- At the initial meeting we will discuss how you are prepared to sell your home. After this meeting takes place and we understand what direction you want to take, we will discuss a plan of action. This will include ways to widen the market and expose your home to as many buyers as possible.

Preparing your home- In order to make your home look its best, there are a checklist of things to do. We will go over each step in detail.

Setting expectations for buyers- We will discuss a plan for helping prospective buyers see your home. By making your home available to show you will increase the chance that the right buyer will see it.

Negotiating- Things don’t always come easy when you are dealing with home buyers.  I can help you through this process by communicating openly and professionally with other agents to find a common agreement on a sales price.

Contractual Phase- There is a lot of paper work and inspections to do.  The buyers have a short window to perform every inspection possible to decide if this is the home for them.  There is a lot of communication happening at this time that requires an organized and diligent agent.  During this time I will be helping you make plans for your move and communicating often.

Closing- Selling your home after all that time is very gratifying especially if you have gotten a good deal. I hope to help you feel you got that good deal by providing top level service.
